07 Mar New sales manager at VMT
Thomas Menzer (36) is the new Head of Sales at VMT Vision Machine Technic Bildverarbeitungssysteme (VMT) in Mannheim, a company of the Pepperl+Fuchs Group. In his new role he is responsible for the global sales of customized, turnkey image processing and laser sensor systems as well as the associated consulting and technical services. Menzer previously lived in the USA for several years. Most recently, he was employed by Pepperl+Fuchs Vertrieb Deutschland in Mannheim and was responsible for supporting global companies as Head of Key Account Management Automotive.
“His task will be to further expand VMT’s global structures in order to offer our customers a uniformly high standard in project planning, sales and service worldwide,” explains Dr. Stefan Gehlen, Managing Director of VMT. According to Gehlen, it is also important to transfer the company’s core competencies to innovative fields of application and thus open up new market segments.
