11 Jul Partnership between Zeiss and 3D scanner manufacturer
Zeiss is cooperating with Scantech, a Chinese technology company that develops, manufactures and sells 3-D scanners and measurement systems. According to Zeiss, the goal of the partnership is to equip Scantech’s scanners with its own inspection software. The Zeiss software analyzes the measurement data from the 3-D scanners and presents the results in comprehensive measurement reports. Zeiss says it intends to use the cooperation to further expand the user reach of its software internationally.
