Even before the turn of the millennium, bielomatik designed and built the world’s first quasi-simultaneous laser welding system. The joining process has been continuously developed up to 2-stage laser welding; a process that has proven itself on the market.
New in the range: the Laser Cube series, a modular system. In addition to simple process handling, it offers extensive performance and equipment features. Maximum flexibility for integration into production lines, short implementation times and proven technology are combined with intelligent mechanical engineering.
Jürgen Reingen, Head of Technology, explains: “We are responding precisely to the needs of the market. Energy efficiency and fast process and cycle times are decisive advantages.” Reingen adds: “The delivery time is unbeatable. A freely configurable system is ready for acceptance within twelve weeks!”
In addition to the design degrees of freedom, customers from the electronics and medical industries appreciate the optically flawless weld seam. A three-dimensional welding line can be implemented.
