Laser welding helmets with XXL field of view

Optrel offers its laser helmet series as a modern, ergonomic protective solution for hybrid welding and hand-guided laser welding. The series comprises three models—with or without integrated fresh-air supply: Panoramaxx Hybrid, Hybrid-CLT, and L.
The hybrid automatic helmets are suitable for hand-guided laser welding as well as conventional arc welding. In contrast, the passive L model is designed exclusively for laser cleaning and laser cutting applications. According to the manufacturer, the hybrid models provide improved visual perception and a clear view of the weld pool due to the crystal lens technology with a light level of 2.5.
According to the manufacturer, the Color perception in the light state is very similar to looking through clear window glass.
The hybrid helmets also feature ShadeTronic technology, which automatically and continuously adjusts the shade level to the arc intensity of the respective welding process.
The XXL field of view is designed to enhance safety by improving the operator’s situational awareness. In addition, the optimized ventilation system ensures a comfortable working environment, while robust materials and an ergonomic, lightweight design contribute to a long service life.
