Detect up to 10 angles, measure wedge angles, surface parallelism, lens centration and more with high accuracy. Due to the different measuring modes, ELCOMAT® direct N autocollimators can be easily adapted to different measuring tasks.
In autocollimation mode, you can measure angles of various optical surfaces, whether in cartesian or polar coordinates, in angular seconds, µrad, or mm/m. Define tolerance fields for absolute angle measurements or differential angle measurements.
With the line intersection function, you can evaluate the quality of the measurement signal or align optical surfaces with high precision without time-consuming obstructing of individual measurement beam paths.
The centring mode can be used to measure the centring of optical surfaces or the wobble of axes of rotation.
Thanks to the integrated overlay of the live image and the automatically detected measuring crosses, you are always in control and know exactly which angle you are measuring.
ELCOMAT® direct N fits seamlessly into your workflow. Measurements can be made directly in the ELCOdirect software or via a serial or UDP interface. For maximum flexibility, the available Software Development Kit (SDK) offers individual integration options.
In particular, the control via the available SDK makes it possible to integrate these autocollimators into OEM devices. This makes the ELCOMAT® direct N autocollimators the measuring device of choice when it comes to realizing (semi-)automated measuring processes.
